joist will not fail due to decay, termites, or rot for 40 years from date of purchase.
20 Year Warranty
Crescent Builders, inc warranties that metal siding and roofing will not fail due to rust and corrosion for
a period of 20 years from date of purchase. Paint is warranted not to blister or peel for 20 years from
date of purchase.
10 Year Warranty
Crescent Builders, Inc warranties that building shall be free from leaks for a period of 10 years from date
