The Carolinian
It comes standard with the 36" raised panel door and 2 outside lights with the dormer over the door. The 6' double door is also standard for the bigger items you may need to store. This building has a 7/12 pitch roof that tops off a style that will fit into the most discerning neighborhoods. From the 10 x 16 (shown in picture) to a larger size comes standard with 30 x 40 windows with grids and vinyl shutters to match your home. It also comes with 3 gable vents to eliminate heat build up in your building.

Building Options
Roof options: We offer a Certainteed 20-Year, 3-Tab fiberglass shingle roof. Or, if you prefer, we can top your building with archetic shingle or 29 gauge painted steel.
Doors: ABuildings are fitted with a 48" insulated metal door with a matching doorknob and deadbolt. However, multiple entranceways are available upon request.
Colors: Currently we offer 9 color varieties in our vinyl stock and 5 colors (14 trim colors) in our metal stock. If you do not see the color most appropriate for your needs, send us a color sample and we'll do our best to match it!
Other options include insulation, workbenches, paneling, custom wiring & electrical fixtures and heating and air conditioning.
