Where do you deliver to?
On the Carolina Carports Products (CCI) , we can deliver almost anywhere in the following states:

South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Alabama

Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma,Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Iowa

Nebraska, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware. Maryland, Ohio, New Jersey, California
The Crescent Portable Buildings must be within a few hundred miles of Homer, GA.
2.
How long will it take to get my unit delivered after I place my order?
Usually 2-4 weeks from the date the order, weather permitting.
You should get a call confirming that your order was put in accurately within a
week of purchase, you will recieve an appointment call a day or two before delivery.

What size do I need to pour my cement slab?
You should pour your cement 3/4” wider and 1’ shorter than the building

Does it cost extra to install on cement? No.

How do the dimensions run on the carports?
It is width x length x height. Length dimensions are measured by the metal on the
roof which has a 6” overhang on each end, so the bottom base rail is one foot shorter
than the roof. The Width is measured from the outside base rail to the other outside base rail.

What is the highest leg height I can get? If you want a higher leg than 12’, it must be approved.
7.
How level does my lot have to be? You have about 3 to 4 inches of adjustability.

Can you add to my already installed carport? Yes, if it is a CCI product.
but not if it has been altered in any way....(sorry, too many liabilities)
9.
What is the pitch in the center of the carport?
The pitch varies depending on the width of the carport. From 2 ½’ to 4’

10. How do you anchor the units? The portable building come on skids and have built in
anchors that you can attach yourself.
The CCI metal buildings have 3 options:
The standard is 32” rebar for ground and asphalt installation.
Double helix mobile home anchors can be ordered
For ground installation and wedge anchors can be ordered on concrete.
11. How do I pay for my unit? On the CCI products we collect 10% down to get the order
started and you pay the rest after delivery and installation. On the Portable buildings we
must collect at least 25% to order your building and the rest the day of delivery.
